OLE BROCH:
CEO

Graduated in Naval Engineering from AP Møler in Denmark and TGM from ENSEAD in France. He has 35 years of experience in project management, programs and construction. It specializes in projects with a high level of automation and complex construction structures. His background comes from food industries such as Unilever, Nestlé, Häagen Dazs, Mövenpick Ice Cream and Pharmaceuticals where he worked as Project Director for Novo Nordisk (Factor VII) and Astra Zeneca Taizhou (both Facility of the Year Award Winners) ISPE). He was also Director of the largest Vaccine project in Europe for GSK Bio (800MEUR) in France and Belgium. Today Ole is the CEO of Nordika do Brasil.

FLAVIO LISBOA:
COO

Control and Automation Engineer, postgraduate from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV at the Project Management MBA and certified by Project Management Institute – PMI® as Project Manager Professional – PMP®. Has 15 years of experience in life science engineering projects. Worked on projects from Novo Nordisk, EMS, Hemobrás, Libbs Biotechnology, Orygen, Bionovis, Eurofarma, Pfizer, Merial, Amgen, Kley Hertz, Rousselot, Cirtosuco, Brainfarma, AstraZeneca, Blau among others. Currently serves as Operations Director at Nordika do Brasil and Nordika DK.

SILMAS PAREICO:
CCO

Graduated in architecture and urbanism and MBA in International Relations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has been involved in the development and management of projects for the pharmaceutical segment since 1997. He has extensive experience in conceptual and detail projects for areas of medicine production and correlates. Participated in local and international projects for clients such as Roche, Abbott, Biomanguinhos, Bio Merieux, Merck, Eurofarma Biolab, Cristália, Zoetis, Chiesi, Biochimico, Sanphar, Boehringer Ingelheim, Galderma, Fresenius Kabi, Farmace, Farmarin, Centroflora and Supera.

RONALDO OLIVEIRA: ENGINEERING DIRECTOR

Mechanical Engineer graduated by São Judas Tadeu University. He has 17 years of experience in Coordination and Project Management for pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, beverage industries. Great knowledge of Utilities and HVAC for industry. Worked in medium and large projects for costumers as Novo Nordisk, Roche, AstraZeneca, Galderma, Chiesi, Rousselot, Amgen, Takeda, Coca-Cola, Grunenthal e Aché Laboratórios. Currently serves as PMO Manager for Pharmaceuticals business unit at Nordika do Brasil Consultoria.

TALITA FAVARATO:
PMO DIRECTOR

Architect and Urbanist, postgraduate from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in the MBA of Strategic and Economic Project Management. She has 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, and cosmetic projects. Great experience in productive layouts and GMP standards. Experience in projects with LEED sustainability certification. Worked on projects of Instituto Butantan, Novo Nordisk, Sanofi, P&G, Coca-Cola, Takeda, LIbbs among others.

RENATO ROCHA:
CM DIRECTOR

Mechanical Engineer graduated from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, with a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering and MBA in Business Management. Large experience (17 anos) in pharmaceutical projects (design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up) leading the teams for all disciplines (civil, finishing, equipment assembly, piping, fire, electrical, instrumentation, automation), acting in management and EPCM projects. Featured in the construction projects for pharmaceutical industries (Novo Nordisk, Eurofarma, Merck, Colorcon, Fundação Ataulpho de Paiva) and food industry (Rousselot Gelatinas).
