OLE BROCH – CEO
Graduated in Naval Engineering from AP Møler in Denmark and TGM from ENSEAD in France. He has 35 years of experience in project management, programs and construction. It specializes in projects with a high level of automation and complex construction structures. His background comes from food industries such as Unilever, Nestlé, Häagen Dazs, Mövenpick Ice Cream and Pharmaceuticals where he worked as Project Director for Novo Nordisk (Factor VII) and Astra Zeneca Taizhou (both Facility of the Year Award Winners) ISPE). He was also Director of the largest Vaccine project in Europe for GSK Bio (800MEUR) in France and Belgium. Today Ole is the CEO of Nordika do Brasil.
FLAVIO LISBOA – Chief of Operations Officer
Control and Automation Engineer, postgraduate from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV at the Project Management MBA and certified by Project Management Institute – PMI® as Project Manager Professional – PMP®. Has 15 years of experience in life science engineering projects. Worked on projects from Novo Nordisk, EMS, Hemobrás, Libbs Biotechnology, Orygen, Bionovis, Eurofarma, Pfizer, Merial, Amgen, Kley Hertz, Rousselot, Cirtosuco, Brainfarma, AstraZeneca, Blau among others. Currently serves as Operations Director at Nordika do Brasil and Nordika DK.
SILMAS PAREICO – Sales Director
Graduated in architecture and urbanism and MBA in International Relations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has been involved in the development and management of projects for the pharmaceutical segment since 1997. He has extensive experience in conceptual and detail projects for areas of medicine production and correlates. Participated in local and international projects for clients such as Roche, Abbott, Biomanguinhos, Bio Merieux, Merck, Eurofarma Biolab, Cristália, Zoetis, Chiesi, Biochimico, Sanphar, Boehringer Ingelheim, Galderma, Fresenius Kabi, Farmace, Farmarin, Centroflora and Supera.
